Sunday, May 20th was sunny and warm…. perfect conditions for the 2012 entrance planting event. Our crew planted and mulched this years crop of flowers and ornamental grasses in the Blackberry Road median and the new Blueberry Road welcome sign planter. Now its up to Mother Nature with help from the rest of you to keep it watered, weeded and fed. Our helpers this year were Joan Doyle, Joyce & Joe McMullen, John Erickson, Mylrae Campbell, Mark Lynch, Stacey, Leigh Ann & Emily Schloop and Bob & Joanne Stella. Special thanks to Green Acres for their contribution of mulch and the Town of Clay for the safety barricades.
