On Monday October 17th there is a hearing at the Town of Clay offices at 7:30 pm requesting a zone change from RA-100 Residential/Agriculture to R-APT Apartments for the property located at Oswego Road and Bel Harbor Drive.
Residents in the area have a petition regarding the proposed change of zoning for 3 lots at the corner of Route 57 (Oswego Road) and Bel Harbor Drive in the Bayberry community of Liverpool, NY. The applicant is requesting this zone change to construct 24 unit (one bedroom) units.
