An informational workshop for grade 12 students on applying for financial aid for college will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 7 in the Liverpool High School auditorium. TOWN AFFAIRS
Plans for a Stewart Shop and gas station on the corner of Buckley and Bear roads are still in the works at Clay Town Hall. Keep your eyes out for plans regarding the vacant lot on Route 57 that borders the West side near Bel Harbor Drive as the lot has been sold. Previous plans were to build an apartment building there, defeated by a big opposition from the residents.
Also, the lot behind Maryland Lane on Route 57 is for sale. This, too, may affect the residents in that area. It will have an impact on the Bayberry area in general and we will need everyone’s support in getting something that will fit with a residential area.
