The Edge FCU elementary scholarship is for any graduating fourth-grader who has an account with the credit union and attends any participating LCSD school, which include Long Branch, Morgan Road, Soule Road and Chestnut Hill. If the school the child attends is not one of the participating elementary saving schools, he or she can obtain an application either at the credit union or call to have one mailed to their home.
The scholarship is for $100 and is placed in their account with the credit union and held until graduation. If they close their account, they do forfeit the funds and those are pooled back into the program for another student.
