The Bayberry Community Association is supported by resident volunteers and we are looking for your help to distribute newsletters, represent your area, or collect membership dues. Volunteering doesn’t take long and it will help you meet new neighbors! The BCA has openings for the following positions:
BCA Area Representatives
BCA Area Representatives deliver BCA Newsletters to all residences in an assigned area nine times a year and assist with the collection of BCA membership dues annually. Reps for the following Areas are needed:
Area H (20 Homes) on Blueberry Rd & Kumquat Lane
Area Y (41 Homes) on Arden Crest Rd, Beling Court & McIntosh St
Area L (41 Homes) on Meadow River Dr & River Park Dr<
Area T (41 Homes) on Berrywood Rd, Cherry Tree Cir & Forester Rd
Area G (52 Homes) on Limetree Lane, Mango Lane & Blueberry Rd
Membership Dues Collectors (Part Time)
Because a few of our Area Reps are not comfortable collecting membership dues from our residents, volunteer collectors are required to help with this critical task. Printed collection rosters and mail-in envelopes will be provided. Income from dues is essential to cover the operating and activity expenses of the BCA. To date, only 40% of our residents have paid… we need as many volunteers as we can recruit to cover all areas.
