The Bayberry Community Association would like to invite you to join us for the 1st meeting of the 2017-2018 Association year. The meeting will be on Sunday, September 10th at 7pm at the United Church of Christ (215 Blackberry Road).

We need your input and participation to make sure we do a good job serving you. At this meeting, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Meet officers and other BCA volunteers
  • Find out how last year’s dues dollars were spent and discuss this year’s proposed budget
  • Hear some highlights on what is going on with schools and the Town of Clay
  • Hear about volunteer positions we are looking to fill
  • Find out about proposed activities and events for this year
  • Discuss proposed changes to the BCA to better serve residents
  • Meet great folks like yourself who care about their community and want to make a difference!

THERE WILL ALSO BE A SPECIAL PRESENTATION AT 6:00 PM REGARDING SENIOR SERVICES! Neighborhood Advisory Rep, Lori Wyman, will be our guest before the September 10th meeting. She will outline services for the elderly, such as health care, legal services, transportation, nutrition, and caregiver information. She will also provide information on Food Stamps, EPIC, and Medicare Savings Programs. Appointments may be made for a home visit to complete applications to programs.
