We are looking for volunteers for the Bayberry Community Association:

Treasurer

BCA officer whose functions include: pay bills and send out invoices, prepare and present a monthly financial report, file annual IRS form (easy), keep track and manage bank accounts, ensure an annual audit takes place, and assist with the preparation of an annual budget. We are able to provide all necessary training and support but the person should be comfortable with technology and have time to devote to this. A financial background of some sort is a big plus.

Volunteer Coordinator

We need someone to organize the recruitment of volunteers and assign them to the BCA committees, community events and needs that best meet their interests and talents. This is a very important job that is the nerve center of neighbors working together towards a common good!

Area Representatives

(to deliver Bayberry Newsletters and collect annual membership dues in an assigned BCA area)

Area L (41 Homes) Meadow River and River Park Drives Area D (45 Homes)
Huckleberry, Ilex Lanes, Blueberry Rd

Newsletters are issued nine times per year and in a typical area can be delivered in an hour or less.

Part-time Volunteer Newsletter Deliverers

For delivery of Bayberry Newsletters on occasion when an assigned BCA Area Representative is not able due to vacation, illness, etc. Volunteers will be contacted and if available, assigned an area, provided a packet of newsletters and a delivery address list. The more names we have on our volunteer list. the fewer times you will be called on to help.
