Dues must be paid by end of year for Scholarship Applicants

Each spring, the BCA awards a scholarship to a deserving student in one of the Association’s member communities. As a reminder to students planning to apply for the 2019 scholarship, your parent or guardian must be a dues-paying member for the current membership year of 2018-2019. Dues must be paid by 12/31/18 to be eligible.

If you have not paid yet, you may mail your $5.00 dues payment to:
