The Bayberry Community Association will hold its January meeting this Sunday to discuss the future of the association.

We encourage all members of our community to join us on Sunday, January 6 at 7:00pm at United Church of Christ (215 Blackberry Road). We will be discussing the future of the BCA and whether it can continue. Without volunteers to help organize our association, we will not be able to sustain the activities and benefits we have all enjoyed for years.

While many of our activities have chairs to handle the tasks for each event, we need volunteers to help lead and organize the association and carry on what is already in place. Without a leadership, the community will lose the Association along with the great social events it provides: the Annual Santa Visit, Halloween Party at the Plaza, decorating contests, Tree Lighting, and garage sales, just to name a few. We would also no longer have representation at the Town of Clay Board and Liverpool Board of Education meetings.

We currently have openings for President, 1st VP, 2nd VP and Secretary. If you or someone you know would like to volunteer… if you have concerns about the BCA’s future… if you want our family-friendly events to continue… please join us for the January meeting.

You can also email us at [email protected].

We hope to see you on Sunday!
